Product Overview
Our steering axle is a high-performance axle integrating drive and steering functions, tailor-made for 10–12 ton wheeled backhoe loaders.Adopting a long wheelbase design, this steering axle features high load capacity and large input torque, which significantly improves the stability of the complete machine during excavation, effectively reduces the risk of rollover, and ensures the safety of personnel and equipment.
The front and rear axles adopt a high-level universal design: all components are identical except for the opposite rotation direction of the input flanges. This design greatly facilitates after-sales maintenance and spare parts management, and significantly reduces users’ inventory costs and maintenance cycles.Meanwhile, both front and rear axles support steering, enabling a smaller turning radius and providing the complete machine with flexible maneuverability in narrow spaces.

To thoroughly validate reliability and durability under the most severe conditions, the testing regimen deliberately simulates more extreme environments than actual operating scenarios. This represents not only rigorous validation of technical performance but also practical fulfillment of commitments to customers.
Within the bench testing framework, specialized gear fatigue testing was conducted: it primarily verifies the drive axle assembly’s ability to maintain stable output under high-torque, high-speed extreme conditions. The test utilizes an enhanced loading mode where the final torque value significantly exceeds rated values, thereby precisely validating the robustness, reliability, and efficiency of the gear transmission system.

Comprehensive Quality Control System

Incoming Material Inspection: All raw materials and purchased parts must pass testing. Non-conforming products are isolated and prohibited from entering production.
In-Process Quality Control: Material flow follows the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle. All processes are operated according to standardized process documents.
Advanced Testing Equipment: Equipped with metallographic microscopes, microhardness testers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, 3D coordinate measuring machines and other precision instruments to fully inspect material structure, heat treatment effect, internal defects and machining accuracy.
