Our steering axle is a high-performance axle integrating drive and steering functions, tailor-made for 10–12 ton wheeled backhoe loaders.Adopting a long wheelbase design, this steering axle features high load capacity and large input torque, which significantly improves the stability of the complete machine during excavation, effectively reduces the risk of rollover, and ensures the safety of personnel and equipment.

The front and rear axles adopt a high-level universal design: all components are identical except for the opposite rotation direction of the input flanges. This design greatly facilitates after-sales maintenance and spare parts management, and significantly reduces users’ inventory costs and maintenance cycles.Meanwhile, both front and rear axles support steering, enabling a smaller turning radius and providing the complete machine with flexible maneuverability in narrow spaces.

Within the bench testing framework, specialized gear fatigue testing was conducted: it primarily verifies the drive axle assembly’s ability to maintain stable output under high-torque, high-speed extreme conditions.
