To ensure the stability of long-term volume supply and product consistency, we have established a full-process digital intelligent production line with an overall automation rate of 80%, achieving automated and standardized control over core production processes. The production line encompasses dedicated automatic machining lines for axle housings, final drive housings, differential housings, and planet carriers, equipped with automatic welding robots, as well as dedicated assembly lines for loaders, tractors, telescopic handlers, and mining vehicles, along with a standardized painting workshop, achieving intelligent production across the entire process of core component machining, assembly, and coating.
Relying on a full-process digital information management system, we exercise precise control over every machining operation and every dimensional parameter, rigorously maintaining product machining accuracy and consistency, building a solid defense line for product quality stability from the production stage. In response to customers' delivery requirements for volume orders, we have established a sufficient strategic raw material inventory system, coupled with a standardized balanced production scheduling mechanism, effectively shortening order delivery lead times and thoroughly eliminating the risk of customer assembly line shutdowns due to component supply delays. Meanwhile, our intelligent production system possesses flexible scheduling capabilities, enabling stable acceptance and delivery of large-volume annual OEM orders, precisely aligning with customers' scaled production rhythms.
Authoritative testing center
Quality is the cornerstone of our partnerships. We have established a high-standard authoritative testing center equipped with imported high-precision inspection instruments, including coordinate measuring machines (CMM), optical spectrometers, metallographic analyzers, and ultrasonic flaw detectors, enabling full-process, comprehensive inspection and screening of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished drive axle assemblies, controlling product quality from the source and preventing non-conforming products from entering subsequent processes.
To further validate product performance, the testing center is equipped with specialized test benches capable of conducting the independent comprehensive performance verification: the dual-head vertical loading test bench achieves a maximum single-head loading force of 150 tons, and the bidirectional torsional fatigue test bench achieves a maximum unidirectional output torque of 150,000 Nm, comprehensively covering the core performance testing requirements of our products. For newly developed drive axles custom-engineered for customers, we conduct rigorous bench tests, including vertical bending stiffness, vertical bending fatigue, gear bending fatigue, and seal performance tests, ensuring that new products meet stability and reliability standards. Meanwhile, we can provide test reports for all finished products, fully supporting customers in factory audits, product certification, and related activities.
Furthermore, we maintain long-term cooperation with the China Automotive Engineering Research Institute (CAERI) and other nationally authoritative third-party testing institutions, continuously conducting various reliability verifications to ensure that all drive axle assemblies fully comply with international industrial quality standards and adapt to complex and variable operating environments, providing a strong assurance for customers' product quality.
