Job Title: Drive Axle Design & Development Engineer

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking drive axle design experts with 5–10+ years of handson experience. If you master transmission principles, are familiar with design standards of DANA, ZF, or CARRARO, and eager to lead core R&D on a technologydriven platform, you are welcome to join us.(Fulltime / Parttime available; salary negotiable, no upper limit.)

Job Responsibilities

· Overall Design & R&D: Develop overall solutions for drive axle transmission systems; lead structural design, 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and technical documentation for key components.

· Performance Analysis & Optimization: Independently conduct performance simulation, strength verification, and transmission efficiency optimization to ensure product reliability and rationality from the design stage.

· FullProcess Implementation: Follow up on prototype trial production, testing, validation, and mass production; quickly identify and resolve technical issues in R&D and prototyping.

· Collaboration & Delivery: Support full project execution; complete technical handover, R&D filing, and crossdepartmental technical coordination.

Job Requirements

· Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design, Vehicle Engineering (Chassis), Transmission Engineering, or related fields.

· Core Experience: 5–10+ years of handson experience in drive axle transmission system design and R&D; proficient in drive axle transmission principles and familiar with fullcycle R&D standards from conceptual design to mass production.

· Professional Skills:

--Proficient in engineering design and simulation software.

--Able to independently design and develop key drive axle components including final drives, differentials, wheel reducers, etc.

· Soft Skills: Strong technical problemsolving and projectdriving capabilities; rigorous, responsible, and good at communication and teamwork.

· Preferred Qualifications: Experience at internationally renowned drive axle companies such as CARRARO, DANA, ZF is highly preferred.

Working Mode & Compensation

· Fulltime: Regular onsite work; official headcount, social insurance & housing fund, and complete benefits package.

· Parttime (Projectbased):

--Cooperation mode: Project responsibility system, milestonedriven; regular onsite work as required.

-- Assessment & payment: Resultoriented, flexible working hours; paid by milestones or lumpsum project contract.

· Salary: Negotiable.

--Salary customized based on technical capability, experience, and project scale.

--For senior experts and technical leaders, salary exceeds standard ranges; additional incentives and technical allowances available based on project achievements and actual contributions.
