3.Rational and compact structure design.
4.Enhanced reliability and safety performance.
5.Large braking torque with high reliability.
Introduction:
The loader swing axle is a rigid axle specifically designed for 5-ton articulated loaders. It connects to the frame via an oscillating joint, which effectively adapts to uneven terrain. Compared to conventional rigid axles, it demonstrates significantly improved performance on complex road surfaces while reducing vibration impact to enhance operator comfort.Additionally, the wear-resistant bushings inside the oscillating joint minimize wear and extend service life. As a proven product, this drive axle is widely recognized by major OEMs as a reliable solution due to its consistent quality.

Why are wheel loaders articulated?
The articulated structure connects the loader's front and rear frames via a hinge pin, allowing relative rotation around the pin axis. This design significantly reduces the turning radius, enabling spot turns or tight-radius steering - particularly advantageous in confined spaces like mines and construction sites - thereby greatly improving operational flexibility.
The articulated steering system features a relatively simple structure. The steering cylinder directly actuates the frame rotation, eliminating the need for complex steering axle mechanisms. This simplifies both manufacturing costs and maintenance requirements. In contrast, rigid-frame steering axles involve more complex structures with poor interchangeability between front and rear axles.
