We have built an elite R&D team comprising senior transmission structural engineers and mechanical simulation experts, capable of deeply participating in the front-end development stages of customers' new machinery, achieving full-process collaborative R&D synergy.
In response to partners' specified operating conditions, lubrication requirements, mounting dimensions, and torque output specifications, we conduct systematic rated load simulations, spatial layout optimization, and structural strength calculations to ensure optimal product-to-machine compatibility. Meanwhile, we provide a full suite of standardized technical deliverables, including 2D/3D parametric design drawings, mechanical load calculation reports, and prototype trial production services, effectively shortening the product iteration cycles of partner brands and reducing their R&D costs.


We offer one-on-one customized development solutions, with the ability to precisely customize core parameters, including drive axle load capacity, reduction ratio, brake system configuration, mounting interfaces, and OEM branding, flexibly adapting to various cooperation scenarios from small-batch prototype validation to large-volume annual production orders, precisely matching customers' production rhythms.
