400 HP Tractor Drive Axle
1. The main reducer that employs Gleason bevel gear boasts high transmission efficiency and low noise.
2. The NGW-type planetary gear transmission features a rational and compact structure.
3. The steel-cast axle housing has high load-bearing capacity and great rigidity.
4. The service brake fitted with a disc - caliper - type brake ensures a large braking torque and reliability.
5. A No - spin anti - slip differential is adopted, and it has a 100% anti - slip coefficient on muddy roads.
6. It is suitable for 400 - horsepower tractors.
Introduction:
400 HP tractor axle is characterized by a two-stage reduction transmission setup. In the first reduction stage, a Gleason spiral bevel gear drive system is used. For the second wheel - end reduction, an NGW-type planetary gear mechanism is employed. The integrated power transmission system includes a No-Spin locking differential to improve traction control. This differential is housed inside a cast steel axle casing to ensure structural stability. The braking system is outfitted with caliper - operated disc brakes, which provide reliable stopping power and ensure safety during operation.
