Shandong Lutong Heavy Industries Machinery Co.,Ltd has invested 500 million yuan to upgrade its digital production line, driving the upgrading of high-end equipment manufacturing.   

The company has newly installed an intelligent bridge arm machining production line, intelligent axle housing machining line, full-automatic welding line, and automated 3D warehouse distribution line, all of which are now fully operational. These upgrades have increased production capacity by over 100%, enabling an annual output of 50,000 axle sets, 10,000 transmission sets, and 5,000 precision mechanical parts, while reducing labor by nearly 40 personnel. The company is striving to become a benchmark for smart factories.
