Product Overview

Our tractor axle is specially designed for heavy-duty articulated tractors with 380–430 HP. Articulated tractors differ significantly from conventional tractors in structure and working principle: conventional tractors adopt a monolithic frame, usually with small front wheels and large rear wheels, and steer by front wheel deflection. By contrast, articulated tractors feature two independent front and rear frames, each fitted with drive axles and wheels of the same large-size specification. Flexible steering is achieved by creating a relative angle between the front and rear frames through the central articulation joint and hydraulic cylinders. When engine power exceeds 200 HP, the articulated structure shows stronger advantages in traction, stability and maneuverability.


To match the high-power input characteristics and unique frame structure of articulated tractors, rigid drive axles must be used for both front and rear axles, which is different from the “steering axle and drive axle” configuration of conventional tractors. Developed on a proven construction machinery platform, our tractor axle inherits the core advantages of high load capacity and high torque output, and can withstand the continuous high-torque transmission of high-horsepower tractors and severe shocks under various heavy-duty and complex working conditions.

This drive axle is developed on a field-proven mature platform with fully validated reliable design, delivering exceptional quality stability. The transmission system adopts a classic two-stage reduction structure, which realizes high torque output while providing multiple speed ratio options. It can be flexibly matched to the differentiated speed and traction demands of different OEMs.

Reinforced Design, Core Upgrades:

In response to the heavy-duty traction conditions unique to high-horsepower tractors, our technical team has carried out targeted reinforcement on key structural components of the tractor axle based on extensive field data and engineering experience. By locally thickening high-stress areas and impact-prone joints and optimizing the structure, the overall strength and fatigue life of the axle housing have been significantly improved.

Most importantly, to withstand the strict demands of continuous high-torque output on the gear system, we have adopted high-end Oerlikon spiral bevel gears for the main reducer. Compared with common Gleason gears, Oerlikon gears feature higher root bending strength, better meshing smoothness and longer service life. Although the initial cost is slightly higher, their superior reliability brings users a lower long-term total cost of ownership.

Professional Coating, High-Efficiency Anti-Corrosion:

We attach great importance to product appearance and long-term weatherability. All housing parts undergo fine grinding and surface treatment on a special cleaning line after machining to thoroughly remove burrs and greatly enhance coating adhesion. Paint spraying is completed on a dedicated constant-temperature and constant-humidity coating line using custom-formulated high-performance anti-corrosion coatings. The formula is continuously optimized based on environmental feedback to ensure a full and attractive paint film with strong rust and chemical corrosion resistance. It effectively resists erosion from field moisture, mud, water and fertilizer, guaranteeing long service life.

Safe Braking, Easy Maintenance:

The tractor axle is equipped with mature caliper disc brakes, featuring high braking torque and stable, reliable braking performance. Specifically for tractors operating in harsh environments, we have added protective covers to the braking system to effectively prevent the intrusion of sediment, gravel and other foreign matters, ensuring durable braking efficiency and operational safety.

The brake assembly uses products from well-known domestic brands with stable performance; the friction plates adopt high-quality composite materials with excellent wear resistance and heat dissipation. While providing strong safety protection, the braking system features a user-friendly design for inspection and component replacement, balancing high performance with low maintenance costs.

At present, our tractor axles are stably supplied in bulk to Xuzhou Kaire Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd., a leading domestic agricultural equipment manufacturer, and are widely used as the rear axles for its non-articulated high-horsepower tractors and both front and rear axles for its articulated high-horsepower tractors.

Xuzhou Kaire specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of high-end agricultural machinery. Its series of high-horsepower (100–440 HP) wheeled tractors innovatively integrate construction machinery design concepts, adopt a monolithic frame and unitized layout, and integrate optimized mature components from various fields. Comprehensive Quality Control System:

5S management is strictly implemented on the production site with clear zoning and definite marking. All equipment follows a strict regular maintenance and preventive overhaul plan to ensure stable manufacturing fundamentals.

Incoming Material Inspection: All raw materials and purchased parts must pass inspection before warehousing. Non-conforming products are strictly isolated and prohibited from entering the production process.

In-Process Quality Control: Material flow strictly follows the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principle. Each process is operated and inspected in accordance with standardized process documents.

Advanced Testing Equipment: Equipped with precision instruments such as metallographic microscopes, microhardness testers, ultrasonic flaw detectors and 3D coordinate measuring machines, we conduct all-round monitoring of material microstructure, heat treatment hardness, internal defects and machining dimensional accuracy.

Complete Axle Performance Testing: Each drive axle assembly must undergo simulated actual working conditions on a dedicated test bench, completing a series of performance tests including noise, temperature rise, sealing performance and transmission efficiency. Only qualified products are allowed to leave the factory.
