Introduction:
Spray machine gearbox is designed for 14.5–25 hp self-propelled boom sprayers. This transmission meets the power requirements for field crop operations, as well as narrow-row applications in vegetable greenhouses and orchards.For complex agricultural conditions, it offers 6 forward and 2 reverse gears, each tailored to specific scenarios:Low gears deliver high torque for muddy fields, post-rain soils, or hilly terrain, ensuring stable sprayer movement without wheel slip-induced uneven spraying, while maintaining consistent boom height.Medium gears are designed for routine field crop spraying, covering growth stages from seedlings to maturity, balancing efficiency and chemical adhesion.High gears facilitate field transit or empty machine movement, reducing non-operational transfer time.Reverse gears feature short travel and smooth engagement for easy turning in narrow rows, minimizing crop damage from repeated adjustments.
Internally, an optimized shifting sleeve assembly paired with precision-ground gears and reinforced synchronizers ensures smooth shifting responsiveness and reduced shock, maintaining power stability even under sudden load changes.
