Introduction:
The 5-ton loader axle uses a two-stage reduction drive architecture. The primary reduction stage utilizes a Gleason spiral bevel gear train, while the wheel end reduction utilizes an NGW type planetary gear mechanism. The axle housing is made of cast steel through a precision casting process to ensure structural integrity and dimensional accuracy. For braking, a caliper disc brake system is integrated to provide increased safety and consistent operational reliability under varying operating conditions.
