Introduction:
The 5-ton loader axle is designed for 5-ton wheel loaders, integrating power transmission, swing steering and brake control. Its oscillating structure adapts to uneven terrain, providing better adaptability than rigid axles. The design includes Oerlikon's patented equal-height bevel gears, NGW planetary actuators and caliper disc brakes. It utilizes an oscillating structure, high contact ratio gears and intelligent braking to improve wheel loader efficiency and reduce maintenance costs in harsh environments such as mining, ports and industrial sites.
