Introduction:
This system is engineered for 23-26 metric ton vibratory road rollers, utilizing a two-stage gear reduction transmission. The cast steel axle housing ensures durability, while the primary reduction employs Gleason spiral bevel gears for efficient power transfer. The wheel-side drive integrates an NGW-type planetary gear mechanism for optimized torque distribution. Service and parking braking are managed by hydraulically actuated caliper disc brakes.
