400 HP Tractor Axle
1. The main reducer utilizing Gleason bevel gear offers high transmission efficiency and low noise.
2. The NGW-type planetary gear transmission features a reasonable and compact structure.
3. The steel casting axle housing has high load-bearing capacity and excellent rigidity.
4. The service brake equipped with a caliper disc brake ensures large brake torque and reliability.
5. It adopts a No-spin anti-slip differential, achieving an anti-slip coefficient of 100% on muddy roads.
6. It is suitable for 400-horsepower tractors.
Introduction:
Tractor drive axle is equipped with a two-stage reduction transmission setup. The primary reduction stage utilizes a Gleason spiral bevel gear drive system, whereas the secondary wheel-end reduction employs an NGW-type planetary gear mechanism. The integrated drivetrain includes a No-Spin locking differential to improve traction control, which is encased in a cast steel axle casing for structural rigidity. The braking system is fitted with caliper-operated disc brakes, ensuring reliable stopping performance and operational safety.
