Introduction:
The loader swing drive axle, installed as the rear axle of wheel loaders, serves as a critical component of the vehicle's drive system. Its primary functions include ensuring steering capability and driving stability. This drive axle connects to the rear frame through an oscillating joint, which permits limited angular movement to accommodate center-of-gravity shifts during operation, thereby maintaining vehicle stability and traction performance. The oscillating joint offers high standardization, low manufacturing costs, and convenient maintenance services.

Loader Front and Rear Axles:
Wheel loader drive axles are divided into front and rear axles. The main difference lies in the spiral direction of the spiral bevel gear pair in the main drive - the driving spiral bevel gear of the front axle has left-hand rotation, while the rear axle features right-hand rotation. All other structures are identical.
The wheel loader drive axle is primarily composed of the axle housing, main drive assembly (incorporating the differential), axle shafts, and wheel reduction gear mechanism .
