Tractor Drive Axle
1. The main reducer using Gleason bevel gear is high transmission efficiency and low noise.
2. NGW type planetary gear transmission structure is reasonable and compact.
3. Steel casting axle housing is large loading and rigid.
4. Service brake equipped with disc-caliper-type brake guarantees large brake torque and reliability.
5. Adopt No-spin anti-slip differential, and the anti-slip coefficient on muddy road is 100%.
6. Suitable for 400 horsepower tractor.
Introduction:
Tractor drive axle features a two-stage reduction transmission configuration. The primary reduction stage employs a Gleason spiral bevel gear drive system, while the secondary wheel-end reduction utilizes an NGW-type planetary gear mechanism. The integrated drivetrain incorporates a No-Spin locking differential for enhanced traction control, housed within a cast steel axle casing for structural integrity. The braking system is equipped with caliper-operated disc brakes, delivering reliable stopping performance and operational safety.
